The efficiency of a machine is based on the functionality and effectiveness of its technology. Water properties and technology work together to achieve different results. The operation of Gioel takes advantage of two key elements: molecular separator and the steam function.
The Gioel molecular separator filters the air, holding micro dust and harmful components, through a process that is divided into 3 phases:
1. the discharged air shall enter into a basin where there is the first large dirt separation (for example: hair, pebbles, ...)
2. along a 60 cm channel you can find the continuos mixing of air and water in which water molecules capture smaller particles
3. at this point the molecular separator, turning 22.000 rpm mechanically, separates any residual dirt particles from the air, causing them to absorb in the water
The air comes out completely sanitized and the water that caught dirt can be easily discarded.
The steam is generated by a boiler.
It is capable of heating 0,8 l of water and in 3 minutes it's also able to prepare a steam with a pressure of 5.5 bar and a temperature of 165° C.
These values are kept constant during all the entire machine's operation.
